Shipping Policy

Free US domestic shipping for orders over $75

 

Orders under the qualifying amount will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Shipping details and price will be shown at checkout.

 

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.  Busy season might result in longer processing times and shipping times. Shipping options will be shown at checkout. Please note that standard 2-4 business days processing time is separate from shipping times. 

Please allow 2-7 business days for shipping on US domestic orders and 7-28 business days for international orders. Delivery days are estimates only and not guaranteed. Your patience is greatly appreciated! If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, please contact us at  support@emerypets.com.

 

Processing Time

The standard order processing time is usually 2 - 4 business days. During busy seasons and holidays, processing times can take 5-8 business days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

If you place your order after 11:45 am Pacific Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the next available business day. If you don't receive a shipment email with the tracking number, please contact support@emerypets.com.

 

Duties and Taxes

Please note that import duties, and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the customer's responsibility.

International customers need to provide their full name in order to be customs compliant. We are not responsible for returned packages if customers don't meet this requirement. Names like "John S" will not be compliant and will not pass customs.

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered.

The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

 

Returned orders due to incorrect address

If the package is returned to us, you will be contacted via email. The shipping fee must be paid again if you would like your order reshipped or sent to a new address. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the order will be canceled and your original payment account will be refunded for the cost of goods. Taxes and shipping fees cannot be refunded.

 

Order Confirmation

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us at support@emerypets.com.

 

Order Payment

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you. Please note that your bank may have a small conversion fee.
